  Jeremy Iosue, a founding member of HAI has extensive experience in the areas of labor relations and employment law. In particular, Mr. Iosue has worked as the lead labor negotiator for public sector clients for ten years. He did the same for three years in the health care industry at a major Cleveland hospital system. Further, Jeremy has worked with dozens of public entities including Municipalities, County Sheriffs, County Commissioners, County and City Health Districts/Departments, County Engineers, etc.

Jeremy primarily operates as the lead labor negotiator and legal representative for his clients. In addition, he has helped these entities in preparing or updating the full array of HR services including policies and procedures, position descriptions, supervisor training programs, etc.

Prior to joining and assuming ownership of Harvey, Abens and Iosue, Jeremy was an HR Director, most recently for University Hospitals. His primary roles as Director were to oversee the operations of the department, create and maintain compensation and benefits plans, facilitate positive employment and labor relations, create and disseminate human resource policies, and ensure legal compliance with all federal, state and administrative laws and regulations.
  Jeremy serves on the board of Lifeline, Lake County’s Community Action Agency. As a past president and vice president, he serves on the labor and management committee for the organization that helps Lake County's low-income residents by providing assistance and life skills programming to increase self-sufficiency. In his spare time, he plays volleyball on an organized league and enjoys rooting for the Cleveland Browns.

Jeremy received his B.B.A. in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. He also earned his law degree, with a concentration in labor and employment law, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
