Brian Yusko is an associate attorney at H+A and focuses his practice on civil litigation and general litigation matters. Brian has experience representing clients in numerous settings and proceedings in various courts across the state. Prior to joining H+A, Brian was an associate at a boutique law firm where he gained meaningful experience in representing clients in all phases of civil litigation. Prior to that, he was a member of a legal team handling a mass tort claim on behalf of hundreds of clients. Brian’s experiences in handling a variety of unique cases makes him well suited to confidently handle any issues a client may have.

Brian is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. As a law student, Brian was a member of the school’s Civil Litigation Clinic where he successfully represented clients in unemployment benefit hearings. He also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Tax Exempt Organizations while at Cleveland-Marshall. Outside of work, Brian enjoys international travel, all things Cleveland sports, backpacking, trying new restaurants, and staying physically active.
