Tom Stefanik is a partner in the office of Stefanik Iosue & Associates, L.P.A. and is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Practice.  Mr. Stefanik joined the firm after several years at a large, national firm.  Tom heads the Ohio workers’ compensation practice at Stefanik Iosue & Associates, L.P.A. and also advises clients on employment issues, often before they become problematic.

Tom has handled thousands of workers’ compensation matters throughout the state of Ohio and has represented employers before the Ohio BWC and Industrial Commission for over 20 years.  Tom has also set up a group rating program for Ohio employers, which not only provides substantial savings but also provides defense of claims by attorneys and paralegals who are experts regarding Ohio workers’ compensation issues.
